SALARY: £23,887pa or £12.25ph-£18ph @ : Southampton

Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities or special needs
-�Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Help individuals develop and maintain independent living skills
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events
- Monitor and document individual progress and behavior
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to create and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion for individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Patience and flexibility in dealing with changing situations
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes or understand how to use mobile phone/Tablet.

Fluent in English
- 6 months Care experience preferred, training will be provided.
- Care Certificate, NVQ or Care training certificate (We will provide the training).
- 3 months Manual Vehicle Driver or willing to learn to drive
